What is the club's registration fee policy? As part of the ADM Soccer Club Bylaws and Policies, the Board of Directors has as policy the following registration guidelines for Coaches and Board Members Families. This policy has been set due to the volunteer time commitment for coaches and board members as a result of the many hours they commit to the program. Registration Fee Policy: - For Coaches - For a parent coaching a team that their child is on, registration fee for child is waived
- For Board Members - For a Board Member the first child participating registration fee is waived. Board Members remaining children the registration fee is ½ price.
What is the club's scholarship program and how does it work?
As necessary, the ADM Soccer Club Board evaluates requests for “Scholarship” Registrations for families who are on government programs and may be unable to afford registration fees. Families must request their children to be considered for scholarship fee waivers or reductions and be able to produce government documentation proving they are on a government program for free or reduced lunchs for their children. Scholarships are considered on a case-by-case basis. Scholarship waivers will not exceed $500 per season except by special vote of the Board of Directors. Parents of scholarship recipients are required to commit volunteer time to the club at the rate of two (2) hours per child minimum. Financial limitations may require the ADM Soccer Board to turn down applicants due to number of requests or reduce the overall reduction available for each player.
