Registration dates, forms and information for the 2012 Spring soccer season is as follows. 1. Click here to register online.
2. Walk-in registration dates (ADM Middle School Commons) - Tuesday, Jan. 10, 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday, Jan. 21, 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.
3. Click here for a paper registration form. Paper forms will also be available at the Adel Public Library. Uniforms will also be available during walk-in registrations to try on and order. Order forms are available here. Please note: Uniforms have changed as of Fall 2011 and all new players must order a new uniform. Mail in registrations must be postmarked by Jan. 21 , 2012 to avoid late fees. Any registrations received after this date, any incomplete registrations, or unpaid fees will not be guaranteed a spot on a team and will be charged a $20 late fee. |

On behalf of the ADM Soccer Club and the City of Adel - thank you for attending our ninth annual "Shoot the Moon" tournament! The weather was great, competition fierce and sportsmanship superb! If you have any constructive feedback, kudo's or ways we can improve the tournament for the future, please let us know. We hope you consider attending next year again.
